My Approaches
Somatic techniques
Somatic means related to the body. Our body allows us to show up in this world, yet so many people feel a deep disconnect to their body. Sometimes this is related to trauma, and other times, we just don’t think actively think about our body. Using somatic techniques allows you to form a deeper connection to your physical self which subsequently allows you to integrate more physical pleasure into your life.
Yoga
Yoga can be used as a way to help connect the mind and the body. Plus, it is a great form of exercise that leaves you feeling refreshed.
Meditation
Meditation can be a powerful tool to quiet the mind and allow yourself to be fully present in the moment.
